Inspect the finish quality on the shaft. Ensure that it is smooth by running your fingernail along the shaft to ensure there are no machining grooves. If there are machining grooves, please proceed to Step 5 Video. If the finish quality on the axle is smooth, please proceed to Step 6 Video.
