Ensure the sizes of the axle and the rear seal are correctly matched. There are two different rear oil seal sizes included in the Durahub Original Installation Kit (Holden® and Ford®). These are the two most common rear seals for shafts. If your shaft size is different to the seals included in the kit, ensure that the correct oil seal size is used. It must have a metal casing and a spring garter.
