Return of faulty goods

Goods that are faulty can be returned to Durahub Pty Ltd, within 14 days, for a full replacement.

All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with the full warranty of the manufacturer. The warranty period and service varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Return of non-faulty goods

Goods that are not faulty can also be returned within 7 days. For a full refund goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Goods that have been opened cannot be returned.

Procedure for returning goods

1. All goods to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number before they can be returned. To obtain a Return Authorisation Number, please contact Durahub Pty Ltd by either email at info@durahub.com or by calling +61 7 55877828.
2. Durahub Pty Ltd recommends that products returned by post should be sent by registered or certified mail. Durahub Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any delay, loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.
3. Returns take approximately 14 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by Durahub Pty Ltd (exceptions to this may occur from time to time).
4. A 20% restocking fee may apply on returns apart from genuine warranty claims or a Durahub Pty Ltd error. Non-standard or special non-stocked items will not be accepted for return. Unless otherwise specified, the benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trade Practices Act.
